Carbondale Aquatics Center

Land+Shelter is working with the Town of Carbondale to renovate the Carbondale Aquatics Center. Key features include a new entry experience and shading trellis to provide shade for the pool area and support a new solar panel array for the roof to help meet net-zero energy goals. The renovation will include an expanded pool area and new changing facilities for visitors. The building mechanical systems will also be updated and are designed to be net-zero ready. The project is now on an accelerated timeline with construction expected to finish and be open for pool goers as early as Summer 2025.
